Reviews we can act on
Our planned internal text review system will let us challenge vendors. We’ll check reviews elsewhere online daily and suspend vendors while concerns are investigated.
Testing without vendor notice
A community testing fund will send randomly selected products for testing without the vendor knowing.
Honesty has consequences
We’ll check chats for vendor honesty. Vendors found lying or misrepresenting products will be removed immediately.
